General information on order processing

We execute your orders from material procurement to production and home delivery. Depending on your requirements, this also includes finishing, packaging, delivery of partial quantities, and safe and secure warehousing.

The production range extends from small runs of 100 pieces to series of several million pieces. With our sliding headstock lathes, we process various materials for you. The finishing of the parts is done externally, at the respective partners, according to your wishes hardened, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, anodized, gold-plated ...... (see under Services / Surface and Heat Treatments)

With frame contracts, you as the customer benefit from the attractive prices for large volumes and the short delivery times for small or larger partial quantities - depending on your needs.

  • Offer

    Usually you will receive our offer within three working days. However, this depends on the respective workload and the internal work situation.

    In the most common cases, an order is placed, but in case of a negative decision, we would be grateful if you could give us more detailed information about it; this gives us the opportunity to monitor the market situation and, if necessary, to review our processes.

  • Order confirmation

    As soon as your order has arrived, your requirements will be checked with the offer and confirmed by an order confirmation. If there are any discrepancies, these will first be clarified on both sides.

    You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail, usually within two working days.

  • Delivery note / invoice

    With each delivery, you will receive an accompanying delivery note, which contains all the essential information.

    The invoice follows by e-mail when the goods arrive at the customer's premises =>

    in the country: About one to two days after delivery.

    abroad: Depending on the distance or transmission information.

  • Credit note

    In very rare cases, a return delivery can take place. As soon as the material has arrived and has been checked at our premises, this will be confirmed by a credit note; by e-mail.

The following documents can be attached to the delivery (optional):

  • Material certificate

    The material certificate associated with the delivered material, mentioning the

    - Customer order number

    - drawing number

    - and the delivery date

  • Initial sampling report

    Either you have provided us with your company template with "stamped" drawing, which we will complete accordingly according to the template or we will "stamp" your drawing and send you our captured data for review.

  • Measurement protocol

    The batch measurement protocol can be sent with the delivery on request (usually by e-mail).

    In addition, our SPC measurement protocol is available on request.

  • Miscellaneous (upon customer request)

    If you require special validation processes, we would be happy to discuss them with you and explore our options if necessary.
