Whether sliding gauge, micrometer, rugo gauge, microscope, plug gauges, ring gauges, etc., we are equipped to measure every article we produce; we receive the respective test protocols from our partners, such as the hardness test protocol from the hardener or the coating thickness measurement from the surface treater.

We control with conventional control tools, but also with the most advanced technologies. Measuring tools designed for every need: static measurements, hexagonal and thread analysis. The machines take measurements on a magnified image of the element to automatically obtain lengths, diameters, angles, radii, chamfers and threads.

The quality of the measuring and testing equipment is crucial to the quality of our precision parts. They are checked and maintained in clearly defined cycles in our own factory or by external calibration centres.

The appropriate procedure is used depending on the part specifications:

- Optical measuring machines for complex part measurements

- Palpating examinations for roughness measurements

- Measuring equipment such as digital callipers and micrometers - with interfaces for digital data recording

Depending on the requirements and needs, other measuring and testing methods are used; also, the measuring and testing results can be specially reported at the customer's request.
