However, we are also happy to support you in the development of your turned parts planned for us, in order to find the best possible and most cost-saving production method.
In general, we convert your drawings into "Berotec production drawings", i.e. we generate a separate article number and delete your logo from the production drawing. This way we protected your anonymity against possible competitors who come to visit us and eliminate the possible subjective influence of certain "brands" on our employees.

Quality planning
Systematic quality planning is already crucial in the offer phase, at the latest in the series start-up phase, and includes the creation of inspection plans and work instructions (production orders and identification cards).
We are equipped with a quality system (CAQ) which allows us to carry out and monitor incoming goods inspection, final inspection and SPC.

Berotec SA guarantees a high standard for every work step up to the finish. With seamless quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process, compliance with your sometimes extremely tightly defined tolerances is monitored and ensured.
Our high quality standard allows a "ship-to-stock", with which the customer's inspection costs can be minimised and optimised.

Initial sample inspection, PPAP or medical validation
At the start of production, an initial sample inspection or production part approval process (PPAP) is used to ensure that the parts produced meet all customer requirements.
Validation processes for parts used in medical technology are available on request.

Punctuality
We have always paid special attention to adherence to deadlines; reliability and punctuality are core elements for us.
Daily meetings at which production is monitored and assessed allow immediate intervention .... the best goods are of little use if they arrive too late at the customer.
