During production, we use statistical recordings (SPC), which are recorded directly next to the production machines and guarantee process-safe manufacturing.

The measured data is recorded either with optical measuring machines, contactless or from the measuring device via Bluetooth, monitored and managed by means of SPC software and the results are displayed directly at the workplace. Data exchange takes place via the network.

At the customer's request, the summarised SPC process data can be added to the delivery as a test report.

Further statistical evaluations such as machine capability tests (MFK) guarantee a high and consistent quality of the operating and measuring equipment used.

All part-specific deliveries are checked in the incoming goods inspection and electronically documented. If no further operations need to be carried out on the delivered material, it is immediately packed and stored until dispatch.

For the bar material delivered, we receive "material certificates" from the material supplier in the form of certificates 2.2 or 3.1b (or he has them in his archive). These are checked with the delivery of the raw material and its dimensional compliance. At the customer's request, a copy is supplied with the goods.

After passing through all process steps, the finished parts are tested again in the final inspection according to the specified inspection lot quantities and specifications, usually according to ISO 2859, and then stored ready for shipment.

For newly produced parts or in accordance with other customer-specific quality requirements, we also prepare initial sample test reports and other special test protocols in the final inspection.

Unless expressly noted on the drawing or with applicable documents, the ordered parts are only subjected to a dimensional inspection on a random sample basis. Additional tests regarding the properties of the ordered parts (e.g. tensile test, hardness test, decarburisation test, head impact test, notched bar impact test, torsion test, leak test, test of technical cleanliness, functional tests, etc.) require separate agreement.
